Michele Perrino

Michele Perrino is a Full Professor of Jurisprudence (GIUR-02/A) at the Department of Law - Private Law Section of the University of Palermo. He teaches courses including Banking Law, Commercial Law I and II, and Business Law and Immigrant Entrepreneurship for the Jurisprudence and Migration, Rights, Integration programs.

Professor Perrino's research focuses on commercial law, corporate law, bankruptcy and insolvency law, with particular attention to business crisis management, early warning systems, and judicial liquidation procedures. His work often examines the intersection of corporate governance, director duties, and legal frameworks for business restructuring.
