PierDanilo Adriano Beltrami

Prof. PierDanilo Adriano Beltrami is a Full Professor at the Department of Economic and Business Sciences, University of Parma. He has consistently taught COMMERCIAL LAW (ADVANCED COURSE) at the Second Cycle Degree level and ITALIAN AND EUROPEAN CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL LAW at the First Cycle Degree level for over a decade, spanning academic years 2015/2016 to 2025/2026.

His research focuses on corporate law, bankruptcy procedures, and debt restructuring frameworks. Recent publications analyze liquidation programs, debt restructuring agreements, and judicial approvals in insolvency contexts.
