David M. Warren is an Adjunct Professor at the Norman A. Wiggins School of Law, Campbell University. He has served as a United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of North Carolina since 2014 and was appointed Chief Judge in 2021. His career bridges legal academia and professional practice in bankruptcy and commercial law.
