Danilo M. Baylen

Dr. Danilo M. Baylen is Professor of Instructional Technology, Media, and Design at University of West Georgia, with an EdD from Northern Illinois University and additional degrees in Library Science and Education. A 2023 Fulbright Scholar to the Philippines, his research explores technology integration, visual literacy, and international education design.

He teaches courses in digital photography, multimedia development, and global learning technologies. His recent work examines technology-mediated learning in cross-cultural contexts and the convergence of emerging interactive technologies.
