Dr. Jessica M. Lilly is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Technology and Foundations at the University of West Georgia's College of Education. She serves as a tenure-track faculty member and academic advisor for students pursuing school librarian certification, drawing on 25+ years of professional experience across K-12, university, and public library systems.
