Dr. Daniele Florean is a Researcher at the Sociology Institute of Goethe University Frankfurt am Main, affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences. He currently leads research in the DFG-funded IDEO-CoUP project, examining gender ideologies in couples and their impact on family formation and labor divisions. His work focuses on gender inequalities, life course events, and the interplay between personal behavior and societal structures.

- PhD in Sociology (2023), Humboldt University of Berlin
Research Interests: Gender ideologies, family dynamics, work-life balance, political participation, and quantitative analysis of social change. His studies bridge partnership choices, labor division, and broader sociopolitical behavior, emphasizing how gender norms shape individual and collective trajectories.
Projects: Active in the IDEO-CoUP project, analyzing couple-level gender ideologies and partnership transitions. Collaborates with the Berlin Graduate School of Social Sciences and the Research Training Group “DYNAMICS.”
Labs/Teams: Part of the Chair for Sociology specializing in quantitative social change analyses, led by Prof. Dr. Daniela Grunow.
