Roles & Affiliations: Full Professor at McGill University's Faculty of Law, holding the Katharine A. Pearson Chair in Civil Society and Public Policy. Served as Director of the McGill Institute for Health and Social Policy (2013–present), Vice-Dean of Research at McGill Law (2021–2024), and member of the Royal Society of Canada (since 2024).
