Daniel Teta

Daniel Teta is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Biology and Medicine, University of Lausanne (UNIL). He serves as Head Physician of the Nephrology Department at Centre hospitalier du Valais romand (CHVR) and is certified in the Nephrology and Hypertension Department at CHUV. His research focuses on chronic kidney disease (CKD) with emphasis on nutrition, exercise, and metabolism, particularly investigating leptin's role in protein-energy wasting (PEW) among dialysis patients.
