Daniel Neumann is a Researcher at the Department of War Studies, King’s College London, under the Faculty of Social Science & Public Policy. His research focuses on EU intelligence cooperation, particularly member state intelligence support to EU foreign policy making through the seconding of national intelligence officers to the EU Intelligence and Situation Centre.
- Education: MA in International Security (Sciences Po Paris, 2020, summa cum laude); BA in Political Science (Freie Universität Berlin, with Erasmus+ exchange at University of Warwick).
- Supervisors: Professor Christoph Meyer (Primary), Dr Daniela Richterova (Secondary).
- Research Groups: King’s Intelligence and Security Group, European Foreign Policy Research Group.
- Teaching: Seminar Leader for the BA module 5SSW2050 Intelligence in War Studies (2021/22–2022/23).
