Madita Standke-Erdmann is a Doctoral Researcher at King’s College London (Department of War Studies) and an Associate Fellow at the Peace Research Institute Frankfurt (PRIF). Her research focuses on feminist postcolonial International Relations, memory studies, and German foreign policy towards India. Funded by the Gerda Henkel Foundation, her PhD project examines colonial legacies in German-India relations through a gendered lens.

Madita advises the German Federal Foreign Office on Women, Peace and Security issues and contributes to policy dialogues on migration and intersectionality. She serves on the executive board of the German Association for Peace and Conflict Studies (AFK e.V.).
