Daniel Lundqvist is a Senior Associate Professor at the Department of Behavioural Sciences and Learning (IBL) at Linköping University, affiliated with the Division of Education and Sociology (APS). His research focuses on workplace learning, leadership, occupational health, and sustainable work environments. He contributes to projects like GROWL (Greening of Working Life) and WATCH (Workplace Analytic Tools and Co-workers’ Health), exploring topics such as hybrid work challenges, organizational change, and green transition strategies.
His research interests emphasize leadership in hybrid work environments, change management, and the impact of managerial practices on employee well-being. He has published on small business management, workplace safety, and learning-oriented leadership. Lundqvist is part of the HELIX Competence Centre and the Work and Working Life Research Group, addressing contemporary issues in organizational behavior and policy.
Key projects include analyzing digital tools’ effects on workplace health (WATCH) and studying leadership strategies for sustainable work transitions (GROWL). His work bridges pedagogical and sociological approaches to address modern workforce challenges, such as hybrid work dynamics and climate-conscious organizational practices.
