Daniel K. Tarullo is the Nomura Professor of International Financial Regulatory Practice at Harvard Law School. He previously served as a member of the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Open Market Committee from 2009 to 2017, where he led financial regulatory reforms post-Dodd-Frank Act and represented the U.S. at international financial stability forums.

His research focuses on financial regulation, international economic law, and administrative law. Key publications include analyses of central bank independence, banking regulation frameworks, and stress testing methodologies.
