Colleen Baker serves as Associate Professor of Legal Studies at the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business and holds Affiliate Faculty status at the OU College of Law. She chairs the Zinke Energy Management Program and maintains dual membership in the New York and Texas State Bars.
