Dr. Daniel Bernard Harries is an Assistant Professor at the School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society at Heriot-Watt University, affiliated with the Institute for Life and Earth Sciences. His career began at Heriot-Watt, where he completed his PhD on meiofaunal ecology and later worked as a research associate on diverse projects including biogenic reefs and North Sea benthos studies.
