Daniel A. Jaffe is a Professor of Lawyering Skills at the School of Law, Case Western Reserve University, and Co-Director of the Legal Writing, Leadership, Experiential Learning, Advocacy, and Professionalism (LLEAP) program. He joined the faculty in 2006 after 16 years in legal practice specializing in education and labor law at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, LLP, and later at Squire Patton Boggs LLP (2013-2015). Jaffe also taught as an adjunct professor at Cleveland Marshall College of Law and served as Executive Director of the Clean Air Conservancy.

- Education: Juris Doctor (1989) and Bachelor of Arts (1983) from Columbia University.
He is the author of Baldwin’s Ohio School Law, a practice-oriented guide for elementary and secondary school law in Ohio. His work focuses on integrating legal writing, advocacy, and professionalism into law education.
