Dr. Dan Aldridge is a Professor of Africana Studies and History at Davidson College. His research focuses on African American civil rights activism (1861-1976) and the intersection of race with U.S. foreign policy in the 1930s-1940s. He teaches courses in American History, African American History, and Africana Studies.
