Jaclyn Stanke is an Associate Professor of History at Campbell University, affiliated with the College of Arts & Sciences and the Department of History, Criminal Justice & Political Science. She joined Campbell in 1999, teaching courses in Western Civilization, American history, Nineteenth and Twentieth Century U.S. History, American Foreign Policy, Eastern European/Russian History, and graduate-level courses in American and European history. Her research focuses on Cold War-era U.S.-Soviet relations, popular culture during the Cold War, and oral history.
- Education: B.A. in Political Science and Foreign Languages and Literatures (Russian) from Washington State University, M.A. and Ph.D. in History from Emory University.
Dr. Stanke has presented her work in areas such as Cold War History, U.S.-Soviet relations, and popular culture. Her scholarly contributions align with broader disciplines like History, Political Science, and Cultural Studies.
