Damiano Canale is a Professor of Philosophy of Law and Critical Thinking at Bocconi University, Milan. He holds a PhD in Philosophy of Law from the University of Padua and has held visiting scholar positions at institutions including the Max-Planck-Institut für Europäische Rechtsgeschichte, Yale Law School, the University of Oxford, and Pompeu Fabra University. He recently served as the inaugural Julius Stone Professorial Fellow at the University of Sydney Law School.
