Dale Y. Kim

Dale Y. Kim is an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, where he has taught since 2012. He currently serves as a partner at PwC, focusing on state and local tax (SALT) matters. Previously, he led Ernst & Young LLP’s real estate, hospitality, and construction SALT practice and held roles at KPMG LLP advising banking and real estate sectors. Kim is a frequent speaker at tax-related organizations including the American Bar Association, Tax Executives Institute, and NAREIT.
