D. Arthur Kelsey is a Senior Lecturer at the Regent University School of Law and a sitting Justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia, appointed in 2015. His legal career spans judicial roles as a Judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia (2002) and the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Virginia (2000–2002). He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Old Dominion University and a Juris Doctor from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at College of William & Mary, where he was in the Order of the Coif.
