Cynthia R. Mullins is an experienced business law and certified human resources professional, as well as a management professor at Antioch University. She is also the CEO & Founder of Baldwin Rise, a mission-driven firm offering legal and HR consulting, ethics training, facilitation, and academic mentoring. Additionally, she serves as an officer for Cooper Worth Wiggins, Inc., a nonprofit supporting HBCUs and art collections.

She is a Public Arbitrator at FINRA, a member of SHRM – CP Connecticut Bar Association, and actively involved in organizations like The Links, Incorporated, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the Martha’s Vineyard Center for Education and Training. She also mentors for the Jackie Robinson Foundation and serves as a regional trustee for the National Urban League.
