Montressa Washington is the Chair of the Division of Management Studies & Marketing and an Associate Professor at Shenandoah University School of Business. She co-directs the Institute for Entrepreneurship and teaches entrepreneurship, design thinking, and human resources courses. With 17 years in management consulting, her expertise spans change management, technology adoption, and business transformation.

Research interests focus on applying strategic management frameworks to organizational change and human capital development. She actively mentors students, nominating top performers to Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Society.
Professional affiliations include Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Zonta International, and Leadership Maryland/Howard County. She holds SHRM-SCP certification and teaches SHRM courses.
