Craig Nathanson

Craig Nathanson is an Adjunct Professor (Part-Time) in Management at the University of San Francisco since 2013, also teaching at institutions in Europe, China, and Vietnam. He holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems (2013) from The Fielding Graduate University, alongside an MA in Human Development (1996) and MS in Telecommunications Management (1989).

His research focuses on Humanistic Leadership, Joyful Work, and Mid-Life Development. Key themes include post-pandemic leadership models, vocational alignment in midlife, and integrating humanistic principles in management education. His book "Joyful Work in the Second Half of Life: The Five Stages" synthesizes two decades of research on work and midlife transitions.

Publications emphasize innovative education approaches post-COVID-19 and leadership frameworks. He has received awards including the PHP Faculty Award (2020) and Professor of the Year (2013).
