S. Craig Mourton

S. Craig Mourton holds a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University (2025). He serves as Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs at Fairleigh Dickinson University and is an adjunct faculty member in the School of Education, teaching graduate courses in organizational communication/conflict resolution, organizational leadership/team development, and peer mentoring.

Mourton has over 20 years of administrative experience at Fairleigh Dickinson University, including roles as Associate Provost, Deputy Campus Executive, and Director of Student Life. He is certified in conflict mediation and Non-Violent Communication, with specialties in Ally Development and Ethical Leadership.
