Viviane S. Lopuch

Viviane S. Lopuch serves as Executive Director of the Center for Leadership Formation and Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Management at Seattle University's Albers School of Business & Economics. With 27+ years of IBM industry experience and 16+ years teaching leadership/communication, she guides executive leaders in developing authentic, compassionate leadership through evidence-based practices.

Her educational background includes:

Dr. Lopuch's research explores leadership-communication intersections in learning organizations, emphasizing how diversity fuels innovation and shapes organizational identity. Her 2014-2016 publications reveal consistent thematic focus: analyzing diversity-innovation dynamics in organizational learning systems and examining identity formation among non-traditional students.
