Cornelia Witthöft is a Professor of Food Science at Linnaeus University, affiliated with the Department of Chemistry and Biomedicine and the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences. Her research focuses on food quality, nutrient characterization, and developing healthy foods, with a long-standing specialization in folate bioavailability and legume-based products. She also serves as Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Research at Linnaeus University since 2021.
