Corey Adams is a Researcher at Macquarie University’s Australian Institute of Health Innovation (AIHI) within the Centre for Health Systems and Safety Research. With over 20 years of healthcare experience, including roles as an ICU Registered Nurse and an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland, he focuses on mixed-methods research to improve patient and staff experiences in healthcare systems. He is currently completing a Doctorate in Public Health at the University of New South Wales Sydney.

His research explores topics like statutory duty of candour compliance, virtual care implementation, and reducing noise pollution in emergency departments. He emphasizes equity-focused approaches, particularly for ethnically diverse and intellectually disabled populations.
