Dr Constantine Manolchev is a Senior Lecturer in the Business School at the University of Exeter and Programme Director for the BSc Business (Penryn) degree. He holds administrative roles including Widening Participation Lead and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Lead for the Business School. His research focuses on ethical organizational structures, precarious work conditions, workplace bullying/harassment, and circular economic systems. He also explores pedagogical applications of generative AI in education.
