Conrad Harpham is a Researcher at Loughborough University, affiliated with the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences and the Lifestyle for Health and Wellbeing research group. Previously a gym instructor and physical education subject leader, he transitioned into academia with an MSc in Sport and Health Sciences (University of Exeter, 2020) and a PhD (University of Plymouth) focused on high-intensity interval training for Parkinson’s disease patients. His current role involves studying health behavior interventions for remote workers under Dr. Elizabeth Stamp.

Research Interests: Conrad explores exercise interventions for complex health conditions, particularly Parkinson’s disease and arthritis, as well as strategies to improve health outcomes for remote workers. His work bridges clinical physiology, mechanism-based training protocols, and real-world application.
Collaboration: Works closely with Dr. Elizabeth Stamp and the Lifestyle for Health and Wellbeing group to advance translational research in exercise medicine.
