Colin Jerolmack

Colin Jerolmack is a Professor of Sociology and Environmental Studies at New York University, where he also served as Chair of the Environmental Studies Department (2017–2023). His work bridges ethnography, environmental sociology, and human-animal studies. He holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the City University of New York (2009) and a B.S. in Psychology from Drexel University (2000).
