Clement Salung Petersen is a Professor at the University of Copenhagen, Faculty of Law, and co-founder of the Centre for Private Governance (CEPRI). His work focuses on civil justice, dispute resolution, and enforcement, with expertise in civil procedure law, European procedural law, and intellectual property enforcement. He leads research projects rethinking court roles in civil dispute resolution and analyzing digital platforms as private governance systems.
