Johan Tufte-Kristensen

Johan Tufte-Kristensen serves as Associate Professor at the University of Copenhagen's Faculty of Law, specializing in civil procedure, commercial law, and private international law through the Center for Commercial Law and Public Regulation. His research addresses document production, dispute resolution agreements, recognition of foreign judgments, and application of foreign law in Danish courts, with significant contributions to arbitration and mediation frameworks.
