Tomasz Paweł Antoszek

Dr. Tomasz Paweł Antoszek is an Assistant Professor at SWPS University's Faculty of Psychology and Law in Poznań, serving as Head of the Department of Private Law. He specializes in civil law, intellectual property, mediation, and arbitration. His research focuses on alternative dispute resolution methods and the psychology of conflict management. He is a certified mediator registered with the District Court in Poznań and co-owns Dom Mediacyjny, a mediation and arbitration firm.
