Tomasz Lewandowski

Dr. Tomasz Lewandowski serves as Assistant Professor and Vice-Dean for Educational Affairs at the Faculty of Psychology and Law in Poznań, SWPS University. He holds a PhD in law and is professionally associated with SMM Legal Maciak Mataczyński Adwokaci sp.k., one of Poland's largest law firms, where he provides legal assistance in personal data protection.

His research focuses on public international law, personal data protection law, international humanitarian law of armed conflict, and the philosophy of international law. Specific interests include freedom of artistic expression, sovereignty concepts across legal systems, principles of state participation in international military missions, and constitutional regulations governing armed forces. His scholarly work intersects constitutional law, human rights protection, and international legal frameworks.
