Tomasz Cyrkot

Dr. Tomasz Cyrkot is a psychologist and systemic psychotherapist at SWPS University, affiliated with the Faculty of Psychology and Law in Poznań and the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology. With extensive clinical experience in psychiatric hospitals and mental health clinics, he integrates practice with research.

• Research Focus: Cognitive determinants of mental health problems, particularly psychotic and personality disorders, metacognition deficits, social cognition, and cognitive distortions in mental disorders. Also studies mental health trends in individuals with heart failure.
• Teaching: Delivers courses in clinical psychology, cognitive psychology, and ethics.
