Clayton Shoppa is an Associate Professor and Department Chairperson in the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies at St. Francis College. He holds a Ph.D. from the New School for Social Research, an M.A. from Boston College, and a B.A. from Saint Edward's University. His research focuses on the logic, meaning, and value of existence, with recent work addressing environmental ethics, social justice, and theological concepts of grace and nature. His scholarship has been published in The Review of Metaphysics.
