Claudia Lieske

Prof. Dr. Claudia Lieske is a Professor at the Business School of Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences. She serves as Vice Dean for Talents, Degree Program Director, and Academic Advisor for Business Administration. Her research focuses on International HR Management, with a particular interest in HR development, strategic approaches, and organizational behavior.

She has held academic and industry roles spanning over two decades, including positions at Munich University of Applied Sciences and Allianz Deutschland AG. Her career combines academic leadership with practical expertise in human resources and cost controlling.

• Education: Business Management degree from LMU Munich and ESSEC, France; Doctorate at LMU School of Management (1999–2003) with a research visit to Wharton School, USA.
