Clara Strauss

Clara Strauss is a Clinical Professor at the University of Sussex's School of Psychology and a Consultant Clinical Psychologist at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. She co-leads the Sussex Mindfulness Centre and leads the OCD Clinic, focusing on clinical research and service delivery.

Research Interests: Her work centers on mindfulness and CBT interventions for depression, OCD, and distressing voices, alongside fostering compassionate work cultures in healthcare. She evaluates both clinical outcomes and cost-effectiveness of these approaches.
