Adam Tearle

Adam Tearle is a Senior Lecturer at the Salomons Institute for Applied Psychology, part of the Canterbury Christ Church University within the School of Psychology and Life Sciences. He joined the institution in 2014 and works full-time, also providing therapy in a local NHS IAPT service in Sussex. His career transitioned from mathematics to mental health, culminating in qualifications as a Mental Health Nurse (2001), CBT training (2003, 2008), and a postgraduate diploma in mindfulness and compassion (2014).
