Clara Ho (she/her) is a Lecturer at the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work, University of Toronto, and a registered Social Worker with extensive hospital-based leadership experience. She currently serves as the Manager of Client and Family-Centred Care and Partnerships at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, where she leads their award-winning Family Leadership Program and corporate family engagement initiatives. Previously, she advanced the Patient and Family-Centred Care strategy and education program at North York General Hospital.
Her research and professional interests focus on health equity, patient and family engagement, co-design in healthcare, inclusive program design, and family-centred service delivery. She is committed to advancing inclusive practices in both healthcare and education, promoting critical thinking and appreciative inquiry in her teaching within the Human Services Leadership and Management stream.
Clara received her Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto, where she was recognized with the Gordon Cressy Leadership Award for enhancing the student experience and the Hilary M. Weston Medal for academic excellence.

She is actively involved in healthcare leadership and social work education, mentoring students and contributing to institutional strategies that embed service user voices in decision-making. Her work bridges clinical social work, organizational leadership, and inclusive pedagogy.
Clara is affiliated with Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, where she leads systemic family engagement programs and fosters partnerships between healthcare providers, families, and clients to improve service design and delivery.
