Claire Moran is a Lecturer and Associate Tutor in the School of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the University of East Anglia (UEA). She combines academic work with clinical practice, bringing extensive experience from over a decade in the NHS, specializing in child and adolescent mental health and forensic psychotherapy.

Her work is grounded in developmental, relational, and psychoanalytic theories, enriched by intersectional perspectives on race, class, and gender. She explores harmful behaviors including sexual offending and online misogyny through interdisciplinary lenses combining psychology, feminism, and sociology.
