Claire Donaldson is a part-time Lecturer in Agriculture & Business Management at Scotland's Rural College (SRUC), specializing in Tourism and Rural Business Management. She teaches across the Rural Business Management and Countryside Management programmes, leading 12 modules and supervising final-year student dissertations.
Education: MBA from University of the West of Scotland (completed May 2020) and PGCert in Higher Education from University of the Highlands and Islands (2014). Professional background includes extensive hospitality experience aboard luxury vessels, event catering, and food hygiene training.
