Jillian Gordon is a Lecturer in Agriculture & Land-based Engineering at Scotland's Rural College (SRUC), focusing on cattle production systems. She holds a PhD in Agriculture and Food Security from the University of Edinburgh (2025), alongside advanced degrees in Animal Welfare and Geography. Her research emphasizes improving cattle health, welfare, and efficiency through innovative management practices and knowledge transfer.
