Dr Claire Burdfield is a University Lecturer in Marketing and Cultural Creative Industries at the University of Sheffield's Management School, where she joined in 2018. She holds a PhD in Audience Management from the University of Nottingham (focused on screen technologies). Her roles include module leader for MSc courses like Digital Creative & Cultural Industries, Managing Festivals, and Cultural Heritage Sites. She has industry ties through freelance work with Sony Europe, Groenlandia, and Canopy Insights, alongside consulting roles with major media companies like BBC and ITV.
