Dr. Cicely Jefferson, Ph.D., serves as Dean of the Don and Linda Carter School of Business at Dallas Baptist University (DBU) and holds an adjunct faculty position teaching Business and Public Law. She joined DBU in 2021 after a 15-year legal career and 7 years in ministry.
- Education: Ph.D. in Leadership (DBU), J.D. (Texas Tech University School of Law), M.B.A. (Texas Tech University), B.A. in Public Affairs and Administration (University of Oklahoma)
Her research and professional focus integrates biblical principles with business, law, and leadership education, emphasizing servant leadership and faith-based professional development.
