Dr. Jaime Grandstaff is a Professor of Accounting and MSA Program Director at the Carter School of Business, Dallas Baptist University (DBU), joining the faculty in 2024. She holds a Doctorate of Business Administration (D.B.A.) from Creighton University and an M.B.A. and B.S. from Drake University. Her career spans a decade of teaching experience at Drake University and Bradley University, alongside professional roles in external auditing at Ernst & Young, internal auditing at Berkshire Hathaway Energy and Tennessee Valley Authority’s Office of the Inspector General, and administrative leadership as Executive Director of Administration at Dickinson Law.

She is committed to mentoring students and fostering servant leadership aligned with DBU’s mission.
