Dr. Julia Hyman serves as Assistant Professor of Education and Program Director for the M.Ed. in Teaching and Pathways to Teaching Program at Dallas Baptist University's Dorothy M. Bush College of Education, located in Education Building #124 on the Main Campus.
Her academic credentials include:
- B.S. from Texas Christian University
- M.Ed. from University of North Texas
- Ed.D. from Dallas Baptist University
Dr. Hyman specializes in teacher preparation pathways, curriculum development for K-12 settings, and educational leadership training. Her work focuses on developing servant-leader educators through innovative certification programs including EC-6, EC-12, 4-8, and 7-12 tracks. She actively shapes the College of Education's mission to transform lives through evidence-based pedagogical approaches and practical field experiences.
