Ciarán O'Kelly is a Senior Lecturer and Interim Head of School at the School of Law, Queen's University Belfast. He coordinates the LLM in Law and Technology and contributes to the LINAS Doctoral Training Programme, focusing on AI and legal studies. His research intersects legal studies, governance, and philosophy, with an emphasis on organisational accountability and computational legal methods.
