Christy Doyle is a Senior Research Associate at the Georgia Health Policy Center within Georgia State University's Andrew Young School of Policy Studies. A licensed clinical social worker, she specializes in mental health and substance use treatment/prevention programs for high-risk youth, complex trauma, and justice system reform.

Her work focuses on evidence-based interventions for justice-involved youth, including risk-need-responsivity frameworks, diversion programs, and certified behavioral health center certifications. She supports statewide initiatives like the opioid response grant and advises policy development for behavioral health systems.
Christy has presented at regional and national conferences on adolescent mental health and contributed publications to journals such as Child Maltreatment and Corrections Today. She collaborates with federal agencies including the U.S. Department of Justice and Department of Education on training and policy frameworks.
