Christopher Steele is an Associate Professor at the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta. His research focuses on knowledge production/consumption, organizational identity dynamics, and institutional logics. He holds a PhD from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and teaches courses in management and business strategy.

Research Interests: Explores how ideas become accepted as truths, methods of knowing in organizations, and how identity shapes innovation.
